We provide custom embroidery services on hats, apparel, and related items. All products are made-to-order based on customer-provided specifications.

3. Orders & Approval

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details (spelling, sizing, design placement, colors) are correct before submitting.

  • Once an order is placed, it may not be changed or canceled after production has begun.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payment is processed securely through Wix.

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

5. Production & Turnaround

  • Production times vary depending on order size and complexity.

  • Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Shipping

  • Shipping is available at an additional cost.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Customers must have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or designs submitted.

  • We are not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted artwork.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peltier & Company Embroidery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
