Due to the personalized nature of our products:

All custom embroidery sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items.
Errors on Our End
We will remake or replace items only if:

The error was made by Peltier & Company Embroidery

The product does not match the approved design or order details
To request a correction:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos and order details
Non-Returnable Situations
We are not responsible for:

Customer-provided spelling or design errors

Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

Normal wear and tear
Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once handed to the carrier

Claims for lost packages should be filed with the shipping provider
