Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • All custom embroidery sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items.

Errors on Our End

We will remake or replace items only if:

  • The error was made by Peltier & Company Embroidery

  • The product does not match the approved design or order details

To request a correction:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and order details

Non-Returnable Situations

We are not responsible for:

  • Customer-provided spelling or design errors

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once handed to the carrier

  • Claims for lost packages should be filed with the shipping provider
